Easy Orange Chicken that James and I like

Volume of marinate is 60% soy sauce, 30% squeezed orange juice, and 10% lemon juice
To taste: garlic powder, ginger, dried onion, crushed red pepper, brown sugar, water, corn starch. 
Pour mixture over frozen chicken breasts in a baking dish, add whole mushrooms, and cover with tinfoil. I kept in the orange peels, too.  Bake at 425 until done. Goes well with rice, stir-fry vegetables, and sriracha sauce.
